At Bernco Solutions, we highly recommend our maintenance program for each of your HVAC systems.  If you have one, two or three systems installed in your home or business, our proven programs insures that you comply with standard programs by the manufacturer and will get the most efficient results.

Residential HVAC Systems

$199 - 1 system / 2 check-ups per year

$378 - 2 systems / 2 check-ups per year

$557 - 3 systems / 2 check-ups per year​

 

• There is no service charge for Bernco Solutions to come out for the regular maintenance plan check-up.

• There is a $69 service fee (usually $89 for non maintenance plan holders) for Bernco Solutions to come out anytime other than the maintenance plan check-up

• Holiday service call rate is $129 (usually $149)

• Weekend service call rate is $109 (usually $129)​

 

 

The Maintenance Membership Program includes the following benefits:

A detailed safety inspection (TWICE per year)

Up to 10 % discount on repairs and new equipment purchases

Priority scheduling

Fully transferable if you move

 

Regular Maintenance Plan Visual Inspection includes:

​

Inspection of coils and/or heat exchanger

Testing and inspection of electrical components

Testing of capacitor (if present)

Testing of motor operation

Checking of condensate drain

*Coil cleaning is an extra charge

*Any replacement of doubtful parts or any repairs are additional charge
